SEBAGO BREWING
COMPANY
Since 1998, Sebago Brewing Company has been brewing unique, high quality craft beers. Originally a single brewpub, Sebago now operates four brewpubs in Southern Maine and distributes packaged beer throughout northern New England, tempting and arousing the palates of New England's beer lovers. Sebago uses all American malt, hops and crisp water from Sebago Lake, offering a truly all-American beer.
Scarborough is the location of our newest restaurant and brewpub. We have moved from our original location adjacent to the Maine Mall and have created a relaxing place to spend time with your friends and family. We are located in front of the new Homewood Suites hotel, right across the street from the Christmas Tree Shops. Our new restaurant has been designed to have an incredibly cozy feel that includes a custom oak bar, expanded booth seating and an intimate dining room with a fireplace! We offer lounge seating in our new "Silo Room" with a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and lots of natural light, as well as our famous "Brewhouse Room" for large parties and events. Free wireless internet is available to all of our guests.
Our downtown location is situated on the edge of Portland's Historic Old Port. Sebago Downtown is popular among tourists, the local business community and many people in need of a late night dinner. The portico seating offers the opportunity to people watch on this quaint intersection. We are conveniently located on the bottom floor of the Hampton Inn. Sebago downtown is a perfect place for a quick business lunch or meeting! Free wireless internet is available to all of our guests.
Our brewpub in Gorham is the local favorite. Nestled in the Gorham village we offer a family dining experience with a great community feeling. Our menu offers a large variety to suit everyone's taste and we have several large booths, good for groups after shows and sporting events at the local schools! Our patio offers a great place to share a pint outside and we offer free wireless for all of our guests.
The newest Sebago location in Kennebunk is a beautiful brewpub with an enormous brick oven. It's the only location to offer wood fired pizzas! We have created a cozy pub where you will enjoy our great food and craft beers served by our fantastic staff. Come in for our TEAM TRIVIA on Monday night at 7 PM and bring your smart friends, or the area's best Open Mic night on Thursdays from 8 - 11pm.
Our production facility in Gorham is where we brew all of our beer. After outgrowing our Mall facility we have built a state of the art brewery capable of producing over 6000 bbls. (82,000 cases) of our hand crafted beers! Tours are available upon request to info@sebagobrewing.com - most requests can be accomodated within 48 hours!
Whether you visit one of our brewpubs or take a tour of the brewery, we think you'll find a lot to love about Sebago Brewing Company. We pride ourselves on great food, a happy and funloving staff, and of course: top quality craft brewed beer.

Runabout
Red Ale Our red ale has a malty sweet taste that comes from 3 different types of caramel malt. It is a clean, well-balanced beer that started as seasonal ale. It was so popular with our regulars that we started brewing it year round in 2002. The woman on the label is Elsie Whidden a lifelong Maine teacher living with Parkinson’s Disease, We donate $1 to the Maine Parkinson Society for every case of Runabout Red Ale sold! 5% ABV; Available year-round. |
 |
Boathouse
Brown Ale Our brown ale is a bite bolder then your average brown ale. We use ample amounts of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops to help balance the sweetness of the malt. This creates a very thirst quenching brown ale. Bold enough for your palate yet low enough in alcohol for session drinking. Boathouse Brown Ale is an easy drinking beer. Peering through the glass you will find a deep mahogany color and a luscious tan head. The sweetness of the malt in our Brown Ale is offset by just enough kick from the hops. Pop the cap, pour it off and enjoy the ride! 4.8% ABV; Available year-round. |

Lake
Trout Stout Our stout is midnight black with a thick and creamy head. It is a full bodied stout brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. It tastes the same way it looks- dark and rich. It is named after the famous deep water Sebago Lake Togue, or Lake Trout, which inhabit the depths of Maine's deepest lake. 5.8% ABV; Available year-round. |
 |
Frye's Leap India Pale Ale Our Leap IPA is an intense experience. It is a hoppy medium-bodied ale and is full of character. From the caramel malt which gives our IPA its golden color to the distinct fruity hoppiness, this beer is every bit as exciting as its namesake, the popular cliffs of Maine’s Sebago Lake. Enjoy this refreshing beer with seafood, spicy foods and all things grilled. Take the Leap! 6.2% ABV; Available year-round. |
 |
Hefeweizen Our Hefeweizen is a cloudy, light straw in color with a fruity aroma, light body, with a thick white head and clean finish. Our Hefeweizen is a golden unfiltered wheat beer with it’s origins from Bavaria. We ferment it with a traditional German yeast strain which produces a unique spicy fruitiness and wonderful carbonation. Malted red wheat gives it a light crisp body and dense white head. Please sit back and enjoy our summertime seasonal beer! 4.2% ABV; Available April August. |

Bass
Ackwards Berryblue Ale Brewed during the Maine blueberry harvest; this is an unfiltered, all-natural mild pale ale made with Maine blueberries. It is a refreshing, well balanced beer that has a crisp, fruity aroma and a clean and dry finish. Bass Ackwards Berryblue Ale is names for its unconventional use of only fresh blueberries in the fermenter without the use of flavorings added, unlike most blueberry ales. The result is a surprisingly simple drinkability that enables you to drink more than one. Try a Black and Blue, our Bass Ackwards mixed with our rich Lake Trout Stout. 5% ABV; Available late June until supplies run out. |

Local Harvest Ale Our fall seasonal is brewed with hops and barley grown in Maine and the clear water of Sebago Lake. It is mahogany in color and has an intense bouquet of citrus, pine and lemongrass which comes from hopping this beer four ways: In the mash, in the kettle, steeped and dry hopped. After your first sip you will taste the fresh wet hops and the finish flavor of oily hops on your tongue. This auburn Autumn classic is balanced with the careful addition of chocolate and caramel malts to create this extremely popular local beer. Please support Maine agriculture and enjoy the harvest! |

Slick
Nick Winter Ale Our most popular seasonal ale! The caramel and black malts we use to brew Slick Nick gives it the deep amber color. This insidious brew is best enjoyed during New England's freezing winter months. Slick Nick himself is pictured on our label casing out the Victoria Mansion in Portland Maine on a blustery night. Warm up with one of Maine's best winter offerings. |
 |
Saddleback Ale A crisp, light bodied, all malt beer. It roots are that of a European Lager. The German hops balance the pale malt to give it great balance and natural drinkability. Pairs well with light entrees, salads, grilled chicken and is a great session beer. 4.1% ABV; Available year-round. |
 |
Full Throttle Double IPA
Big juicy American hops burst from this unfiltered deep amber ale. The caramel sweetness takes a backseat only to the abundance of citrusy, piney flavors and aromas. Dominated by Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops, our double IPA has been dry-hopped for over a month. 8.2% ABV; Available February - April. |
